3. Website provision and hosting
When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file or URL, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, HTTP status and transferred data volume. Processing ensures secure, stable and error-free delivery and prevents misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Data may be processed in the USA. Vercel provides information about appropriate safeguards for international transfers, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us using the form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the contact details you provide, the content of your inquiry and the accompanying data required to handle it. Mandatory fields are marked as such; without them we cannot process the inquiry.
Processing takes place to answer your inquiry and to take steps before or perform a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. General inquiries are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is proper communication with prospective and existing customers.
5. Contact form via Formspree
We use Formspree, a service of Formspree Inc., USA, to transmit the contact form. When you submit it, form data and technical connection data are sent to Formspree and processed there for delivery and misuse prevention. Formspree may process data in the USA and cites Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
This integration is required to handle the inquiry you request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for technical security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. WhatsApp link
The website contains links to WhatsApp. A connection to WhatsApp is made only after you click such a link. WhatsApp then receives technical connection data. If you send us a message, we receive in particular your phone number, WhatsApp name, message content and any attachments.
Using WhatsApp is voluntary; you can contact us by telephone, email or contact form instead. We process your message under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns pre-contractual steps or a contract, otherwise under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. WhatsApp Ireland Limited is responsible for WhatsApp's further processing.
7. Cookies, local storage and audience measurement

If consent-requiring services are added later, they will load only after your consent and this policy will be updated.
8. Fonts
This website uses exclusively locally stored fonts. The fonts are loaded directly from our server. No connection is made to servers from Google or other third-party providers, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties in the process.
9. Retention and recipients
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose. Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once fully handled unless statutory retention or evidence duties apply. Contract and billing data are retained for statutory periods. Recipients are only the technical providers named here and bodies to which disclosure is legally required.
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct or delete this data.
Where the legal requirements are met, you also have rights to restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
